Case Study - How Toward Home Alliance Partnered with Workplace Wellbeing SA to establish long-term wellbeing strategies.

In 2024, we partnered with the Toward Home Alliance (THA) to create lasting, positive change for their 100+ staff working in high-stress environments. Using evidence-based tools like the PERMAH wellbeing survey, we:
>> Achieved 70% participation and empowered staff with immediate, actionable insights.
>> Equipped leaders with data to address burnout and implement proactive strategies.
>> Fostered open communication, giving employees the confidence to voice their needs.

Key leadership takeaway: Wellbeing isn’t a one-off, it’s a long-term investment. THA’s leaders embraced this by prioritising staff wellbeing and embedding it into their culture.
